Terms of service
These terms cover your use of LinkRobin. The important parts are the acceptable use rules for outreach and the limits of what we promise.
What we provide
LinkRobin provides software that analyses websites, identifies link opportunities, drafts outreach for your approval, sends messages through a mailbox you connect, and verifies published links. We provide the tooling; the decisions and the messages are yours.
Acceptable use
- Send only outreach relevant to the recipient's published work.
- Honour opt out and unsubscribe requests immediately.
- Do not use LinkRobin for bulk unsolicited commercial email, harassment, or scraping personal data for unrelated purposes.
- Do not use LinkRobin to arrange paid links, link exchanges or other link schemes.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace's data or to circumvent usage limits.
We may suspend an account that breaches these rules, and we will tell you why when we do.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that any link will be placed, that a placement will remain live, that rankings will improve, or that any search engine or AI system will cite your pages. Estimates and scores in the product are exactly that, and third party metrics are supplied by their vendors.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your websites, campaigns, messages and reports. You grant us the permission needed to process them in order to run the service. You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout.
- Usage allowances apply per period and are enforced server side.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Taxes are applied where required.
Third party providers
When you connect a mailbox or a data provider, that provider's own terms also apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or data accuracy.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using LinkRobin at any time. We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately in the case of a serious breach of the acceptable use rules. On termination we delete workspace content other than records we must keep for accounting.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will notify account owners by email before the change takes effect.
