Privacy policy
This policy describes the personal data LinkRobin processes as part of running the product. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Data we collect from you
- Account data: your email address, name if you provide one, and workspace membership.
- Workspace content: the websites you add, campaigns, prospects, outreach drafts and reports.
- Mailbox access: OAuth tokens for the Gmail or Outlook account you choose to connect, held server side.
- Provider credentials: keys you add for third party data providers, held server side.
- Operational logs: technical records needed to run and debug the service.
Data about other people
Outreach involves contact details of publishers and editors. LinkRobin processes that data on your instruction so you can contact them about their published work. You remain responsible for using it lawfully, for honouring opt out requests, and for not sending bulk unsolicited mail. We delete a contact record on request.
Why we process it
- To provide the product you signed up for, which is the contractual basis for most processing.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse, which is our legitimate interest.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations for payments.
Processors we rely on
We use a managed database and application hosting provider, an email sending path through your own connected mailbox, AI model providers for summarising and drafting, third party SEO data providers where you have supplied keys, and a payment processor for subscriptions. Each processes data only as needed to deliver its part of the service.
Retention
Workspace content is kept while your account is active. When you delete a workspace, its content is removed, aside from records we must retain for accounting. Disconnecting a mailbox removes the stored tokens.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@linkrobin.app and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to run the application. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
